Motto +3 Degree College organised a warm farewell felicitation ceremony to honour Chief Librarian Sri Premanand Biswal for his dedicated service. The programme was attended by the college administration, distinguished guests, faculty members, staff, and employees.
Farewell Felicitation Ceremony Held for Chief Librarian at Motto +3 Degree College

A farewell felicitation ceremony was organised in honour of Sri Premanand Biswal, Chief Librarian, at Motto +3 Degree College on 31 July 2026. The programme was conducted in a warm and respectful atmosphere to recognise his dedicated service to the institution.
The meeting was presided over by Sri Bibhuti Bhushan Jaydev Biswal, Principal of the college. Er. Basanta Kumar Panigrahi attended the function as the Chief Guest, while Sri Subhash Chandra Malla, Chief Adviser of the college, delivered the keynote address as the Chief Speaker.
The programme was graced by the presence of the Guests of Honour, including Sri Gourahari Nayak, Sri Narendra Kumar Biswal, Sri Sadhu Charan Nayak, social worker Smt. Anjali Biswal, Smt. Sasmita Biswal, and ICC Committee Member Smt. Kunjalata Sahoo.
On behalf of the college, Er. Basanta Kumar Panigrahi presented a citation and a memento to Sri Premanand Biswal as a mark of appreciation for his sincere service and valuable contribution to the institution.
The programme was smoothly anchored by Smt. Nirupama Sutar, Lecturer. Dr. Prakash Chandra Mallick proposed the vote of thanks and expressed gratitude to all the dignitaries, guests, faculty members, staff, and employees for making the event successful.
All the teaching staff, non-teaching staff, and employees of Motto +3 Degree College attended the ceremony and extended their best wishes to Sri Premanand Biswal for a happy, healthy, and successful future.
